Hate eating vegetables? So do we! So, we batter and fry them. The flavor will punch you so hard in the mouth you'll think you have died*. But you didn't, because veggies are good for you (also good on chicken wings).
*No one will actually die

Ingredients: Cornstarch, tapioca flour, Kosher salt, garlic, onion, paprika, black pepper and natural spices.

Directions:
- In a bowl, combine 1/2 Cup Chicken and Veggie Batter with 1 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce.
- Toss veggies or chicken in batter (don't toss veggies at the same time, no one wants salmonella!) and deep fry in 375F oil.
- Fry wings for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 185-190F.
- Fry veggies for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
- For best results with chicken wings, marinate in the Chicken Wing and Veggie Batter for 12-24 hours before frying!
