	Adjustable Hood Vents Stainless Steel Charcoal Grills feature a smoker hood with adjustable vents on each side to regulate heat and airflow.
	Integrated Warming Rack Warming rack stays flat even and moves over the coals when the oven is closed. Great for consistent smoking or low and slow cooking. 12" deep makes for a spacious additional cooking surface.
	Analog Thermometer Polished stainless steel bezel and embedded in the hood. It is large and attractive with a forward angle for easy viewing. Measures up to 1000F.
