Theversatile and powerful Echelon Diamond Power Burneris perfect for stock pots, woks, and more. The inner and outer propane gas ring burners combine for a total of 60,000 BTUs. The inner ring has a range of3,000 to 15,000 BTUs, while the outer ring has a maximum of 45,000 BTUs.
It featuresback-lit control knobson elegantly designed stainless steel facing for modern style that matches its performance. Porcelain coated cast iron cooking grids are included as well as a stainless steel lid to protect the interior of the unit from the elements. This Power Burner hooks up to Fire Magic Echelon Diamond or Aurora Series Grills or can be wired individually with using a separate power supply box (sold separately). The Echelon Diamond Power Burner is the perfect accessory for your luxury outdoor kitchen.
