On Sunday, 2nd November were delighted to welcome back renowned Chef Clodagh McKenna for an exclusive Happy Cooking Supper -an exquisite culinary experience, rich in flavour and seasonal indulgence.
Clodagh has crafted a mouthwatering five-course menu featuring the finest fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish will be prepared with care by Clodagh, alongside Pavilion Chefs David O'Sullivan and David Rice.
Guests are invited to arrive at 6:30pm for a sparkling aperitif and a warm greeting from Clodagh before indulging in the ultimate earth-to-plate happy cooking feast.
At the close of the evening, Clodagh will be available to sign her brand-new book, Clodagh's Happy Cooking, which launches at the end of October and is filled with easy, exciting recipes. For the first time in Ireland, guests can also explore Clodaghs lifestyle Honey linen collection in-store.
