Become an asador for the day at our Live Asado Masterclasses hosted by Fire Made founders, Tom Bray and Ana Ortiz.
Youll enjoy an unforgettable live fire cooking experience set in the beautiful Somerset countryside, among incredible food producers.
Using a variety of techniques and under expert guidance, you will be taught everything you need to know about how to prepare a feast with fire. Tom & Ana will walk you through each step of the process, from preparing the meat and attaching it to the Asado cross to positioning it correctly over the fire. Food supplied throughout the day including brunch, lunch & a whole lamb to end the day.
Beer supplied by Woodshedding Breweryfrom their Beer Hall. Westcombe Dairy produces proper unpasteurised Somerset cheese, youll get a tour of their incredible production facility after lunch.
