The pizza oven attachment captures and funnels heat from the Firebox directly up and into the steel baking chamber and onto the pizza stone. The Green Mountain Grill pizza oven attachment comes with a custom pizza stone. This process raises the internal temperature of your pellet grill to that of a real wood-burning pizza oven.
It creates temperatures upwards of 800F, allowing you to cook restaurant-quality pizzas in 2-4 minutes. Its also useful for baking bread at 400F - 600F and searing steaks at 900F.
A custom pizza stone is included with each Green Mountain Grills Pizza Attachment.
