Offset Firebox for Even Cooking
There's no need to worry about flare-ups that can ruin your cook. The offset firebox design takes the fire out of the cooking chamber and moves it to a side-mounted firebox. The design allows for control over even cooking over direct heat. The amount of smoke and heat is controlled with an adjustable chimney damper and an adjustable air intake damper. The RD Special Marshal Smoker runs from a low 150 degree temperature up to a high of 350 degrees.
