Modern Greek Cypriot Rotisserie Charcoal BBQ Foukou
This modern version of the Rotisserie Charcoal Barbecue Foukou is a widerdesign than the standardtraditional blue rotisserie Cyprus barbecue.
The main differences are
- Awider and deeper tray for the charcoal
- The large skewers sit side by side on the same level as opposed to two skewers below and one on top.
- Dimensions when built: 70cm Long, 36cm Wide, 60cm High, 13cm Deep.

The Modern Greek Rotisserie Barbecue set includes large skewers for souvla and small skewers for souvlaki kebabs. The souvlaki skewers may come with either wooden handles or durable, heat-resistant blackBakelite handles
The Cyprus BBQ tray is designed to be used with up to 2-3kg of charcoal. We usually recommend lump wood charcoal.

Our BBQs are handmade in Cyprus and are not mass-manufactured; because of this, they may come with some minor imperfections, sharp edges, or marks/scratches to the paintwork. The paint is cosmetic and does not offer protection to the BBQ, so any scratches will not affect the long-term function or use of the BBQ.
We always recommend keeping your BBQ dry in a shed or garage when not in use to protect it from the elements and prevent rust, if you do this your BBQ will be with you for many years. Happy BBQing!
