Our original insulated firebox offset BBQ smoker.
After years of building single-wall BBQ smokers, we knew something had to change. Fire control should be easier, especially for new pitmasters. We had long understood the value of insulated fireboxes from our early days, but back then, if you wanted one, you had to pay a custom builder an extra thousand dollars or more, just to add it to an already expensive smoker.
So, we did what weve always done: build a better solution at an honest price.

Insulated Firebox
Triple-layer construction with a inner steel shell, 2 of mineral wool insulation, and a outer steel shell. Keeps your fire steady, efficient, and protected from the elements.
Smoke Collector
Promotes smoother airflow and balanced smoke distribution across the cooking chamber for consistent results.
Two Slide-Out Cooking Grates
Split-level grates offer easy access and over 1,765 sq in of usable cooking areaperfect for ribs, briskets, and more.
Heavy-Duty Steel Build
The main chamber is crafted from carbon steel, fully welded for long-term durability and thermal mass.
Oversized Lid
Made of 1/4" steel for superior heat retention, and spring-assisted for ease of use.
