The skewers have an inbuilt cog thatfits directly into the rotisserie chainmechanism giving a smooth continuous rotation.
To keep the BBQ in good working order it is important that thechain of the bbq iswell lubricated.

The Cyprus BBQ tray is designed to be used with up to 2-3kg of charcoal, We usually recommend lump wood charcoal.
