The TuckerSS Wok with Roasting Hood is a three ring unit that delivers a whopping 19 mega-joules of heat.
It has a variable heat control offering you plenty of range from simmering to boiling. This model is a drop in bench model so that you can build into your outdoor kitchen. This model is only suitable for non combustible surfaces. An Insulation Jacket is available as an option for combustible surface.
