For optimal performance, follow our recommended method of reverse stacking your fuel: place a large log at the bottom, create a grid of kindling on top, and insert the desired number of firelighters within the grid. Once ignited, the kindling will produce heat that rises through the flue system, creating a strong draw for a self-sufficient fire. Remember to keep the stove door open until the draw is established and the fire is fully established.
