With 25 years experience and a wealth of culinary knowledge, David willdemonstrate how to make three mouthwatering Italian dishes, designed to be effortlessly recreated, time and again in your own kitchen.
Using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, David will share authentic Italian cooking techniques, along with practical tips on how to infuse your dishes with a taste of Italy. Throughout the class, you'll have the opportunity to taste the dishes as they are prepared.
This two hour Demo & Dine Masterclass will begin at 6.30pm, and guests will be greeted with a prosecco reception on arrival. Limited to just 30 tickets, the evening promises to be an intimate gathering, in the relaxed surroundings of The Glasshouse Restaurant.
